Therapy services are provided in a small, warm office setting. We believe that psychological services are best delivered without a third party involved (insurance) in order to provide the best individualized attention and care and to protect client’s privacy. Therefore we limit insurances we accept. Jayme Yodice is an in-network provider for BCBS. Please check with your BCBS plan about copays etc. Many of our patients who have insurance, other than BCBS, pay our self pay rates and either access their out of network benefits or use flex spending etc. We will provide receipts needed to assist with this.

We accept cash, check or debit/ credit/ flex spending cards via Square. There are no added fees for using cards.

Fees range from $80-$130 per session depending on what services you need and which therapist you will be seeing. Please inquire when scheduling.  Fees if using insurance vary according to plan and clients should contact their insurance company to inquire. Office Hours Office hours vary according to the needs of clients. We have a few late options available (last appointment scheduled is 6:30 PM). We currently do not offer Saturday hours, unless it is for psych testing.

Re-scheduling or Cancellations:

We ask for at least 24-hours-notice for canceling or re-scheduling appointments. “No-show” appointments or cancellations under 24-hours are charged a $80 fee. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services. We believe we are very flexible regarding re-scheduling and cancellations especially if there is an emergency. Please help us avoid the need to charge full rate for missed sessions or have credit cards on file! TheraNest will send you a reminder email the day before your scheduled session and that is your cue to make any necessary changes to avoid fees!
